Gourmet Pickled Eggs by Norpaco

I actually had high hopes for these, but they turned out to be the worst pickled item I’ve ever had the displeasure of eating.  The texture of the eggs was that of an old superball.  I actually had difficulty cutting into the egg itself.  The yolk was pasty and stuck to every surface of my mouth.  The brine was equally horrible and tasted of sulfur and cheap vinegar.  There’s really not much to say about these except “STAY AWAY”.

Ingredients: Eggs, vinegar, water, spices

  1. I love homemade pickled eggs. Just stick hard boiled eggs in 1/2 water and 1/2 vinegar. Refrigerate for at least 2 days, and then they’re awesome.
